Kate's Prior Work Experience
Kate graduated from College with a Marketing and Design degree in 2018 and landed a large SEO Tech job. She worked for large companies on their Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies. Essentially, aligning businesses to land first page on Google search, optimizing the design of their websites. Very similar to what is needed to land first page on Airbnb, VRBO, booking.com etc..
Kate's marketing and design skills have helped land us on the front page of Airbnb for many guests and have helped us achieve the top 1% in a Million-dollar neighborhood with over 1000 listings of competition in the entire city.
Kate worked for 3 years saving up money to assist in buying our first home which launched us into our real estate business.
Luke's Prior Work Experience
Luke graduated college with a degree in Finance emphasis in Real Estate. He worked as a Stock Trader for a large Financial Advisory Family Office. Essentially, working with high-net-worth individuals in accomplishing their goals in the stock market. Many of the clients had real estate portfolios that he performed analysis on deals. He traded and managed 200+ million dollars weekly of trading and experienced what it was like to be in high stress, high reward environments.
His Entrepreneurial spirit led him to work this job for 2 years before saving enough money for down payments on an Airbnb portfolio. The analysis skills he developed have helped identify rental markets that have led to 200k+ revenue across multiple listings.
